We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of industrial tools and equipment from our store and website. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Some products may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or manufacturer restrictions.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will process your refund using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges, within 7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges, within 7 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@westmeast.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Re-stocking Fees
A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to an item being returned if, in special cases, a customer gets approval for a return after 30 days of the original purchase. This return must be authorized by management, and the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. In such cases, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply as the product was returned after the official return window.
